It's difficult to evaluate the value for money because the stay was given to us as a gift via Smartbox. Hotel that is probably worth more than 3 stars. Beautiful spa, with thermal water pool that opens to the outside and can be pleasantly used even in winter. Emotional shower, sauna and Turkish bath are small but present. Slightly old-fashioned taste and furnishings, comfortable rooms even if decidedly hot (difficult to regulate the temperature). Average dinner and breakfast

The value for money is definitely the strong point of the structure as well as the kindness and courtesy of all the staff involved in various capacities in the hotel. However, to this we add further positive elements such as the attention to detail, the style and cleanliness of the furnishings and rooms which are immediately highlighted as soon as you enter the entrance. Moving on to the rooms, ours was a standard double: the parquet and the decidedly dated fixtures affected the opinion both in terms of aesthetics but above all in terms of acoustic insulation. Speaking of the Acqua Zone, the visual impact is decidedly positive with a refined attention to order and cleanliness. Unfortunately the pools are not very large and on "full house" days it becomes difficult to use a sunbed as well as a place on the two hydromassage benches present (one internal and one external). The cervical waterfall is only one and there are no hydromassage "barrels" which could help you enjoy the warmth of the wonderful thermal waters. I also highlight a couple of things that have negatively influenced the opinion: the swimming pool opening hours are not continuous (08/12.30 - 14.30/19) and, above all, the Finnish sauna and the ice waterfall are only available in the afternoon of the "frigidarium". In short, a great visual impact, with the refined style of the premises and the lights capable of giving that extra touch to better enjoy the moment but, on the other hand, "little substance". The half hour of water aerobics is positive and fun and helps you burn off the calories you eat during meals. In fact, moving on to the meals, even though the dishes were not very sophisticated, they were all appreciated for their taste and quality. A decidedly rich and abundant lunch buffet is contrasted with an evening buffet of cooked and raw vegetables, with the addition of a rich variety of cheeses. Even fruit and desserts are buffet style and this helps those with a sweet tooth 😜. The very central location of the hotel is also an added value: you can enjoy walking around the center without using the car. And this, on holiday, is no small thing. I close with praise for the beauty centre: truly capable and competent staff with really reasonable prices compared to similar treatments done in other facilities. 👍
